Selected players represent EPAC Club in regional, national and international competition.
Where the pathway leads
EPAC Club is the final stage of the EPAC Player Pathway. Players begin in EPAC Development, progress through EPAC Performance and into the invitation-only Academy environment, and selected academy players then earn the opportunity to compete for EPAC Club across regional, national and selected international football.
It is a high-performance environment built around elite standards, professional coaching and long-term player development. Selection is made from within the Academy.
EPAC Club is completely free for selected players
Representing EPAC Club costs nothing. Selection is based purely on merit and talent, so a place is earned on the pitch rather than paid for. There is no registration fee, no membership fee and no fixture fee for players selected to represent EPAC Club.

An elite competitive environment
Age groups U10–U16
Squads at U10, U12, U14 and U16, each a two-year development band, so players regularly compete a year above for a greater challenge.
Competitive match environment
High-level regional tournaments and selected national events: strong opposition, faster gameplay and real match pressure at every fixture.
Elite coaching standards
Every EPAC Club team is led by coaches with Premier League or EFL academy experience, or professional playing backgrounds in England.
PlayerData GPS tracking
The same GPS technology used across the professional game: movement, sprint distance, intensity and workload analysed during fixtures and events.
Alongside your club, not instead of it
EPAC Club is not a traditional club. We do not compete in regular leagues, and we do not replace a player’s existing team.
What we provide is additional playing, training and development opportunities outside a player’s current club environment, working under the guidance of professional coaches.
We are not competing with local clubs. We work alongside them, giving their players further development experiences that benefit the player and, in turn, the club they play for.
UK tours & St George's Park
Selected squads may gain access to international football experiences. Previous EPAC Club teams have travelled to the United Kingdom, training at elite facilities including St George's Park National Football Centre, working with coaches such as Nathan Delfouneso, and competing against professional English Football League academy opposition.
