EPAC brings the standards of the English professional game to communities worldwide. Across the US, UK, Europe and Australia we develop players and coaches through a complete pathway of Development, Performance, High Performance Academy and EPAC Club, led by Premier League and EFL academy coaches, UEFA-licensed staff and former professionals. From international camps and private development to performance analysis and coach education, every programme is built to raise the standard of local football.
How we coach
Authentic English Academy Model
Every session follows the methodology used daily inside Premier League and EFL academies, applied correctly at each stage of the pathway, not watered down for youth football.
Position-Specific Development
Dedicated units for goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards. Individual feedback every session. The four development pillars (Technical, Tactical, Psychological and Social) underpin everything.
Professional Tools & Standards
UEFA-licensed coaches, PlayerData GPS tracking, structured session plans and detailed player reviews: the same tools and reporting used at professional clubs, available to every EPAC player.
A Clear Pathway to EPAC Club
Development → Performance → High Performance Academy → EPAC Club. Each stage has clear progression criteria and the right coaching environment to reach them. EPAC Club is the final stage. Selected players represent the club in regional, national and international fixtures, with GPS tracking and tour opportunities (previous squads trained at St George's Park). Selection is made from within the Academy.
