Academy Coaching Staff
Coach Conrad > Goalkeeper Specialist
Conrad has over 14 years of experience working within academy and professional football. He spent seven years at Manchester City FC, helping develop players within one of the world's leading academy systems.
Following Manchester City, Conrad held senior academy positions including U18 Head Coach, Head of Coaching and Academy Manager within English Football League clubs. He also worked within the professional game as a First Team Coach and Assistant Manager.
A UEFA A Licence and Goalkeeper Licence holder, Conrad is committed to delivering academy-level coaching, professionalism and development opportunities for players.
Coach Neil > Attacking Specialist
Neil is a UEFA A Licence coach and former professional footballer with more than 300 Football League appearances for clubs including Sunderland and Wrexham. Operating as a winger and attacking midfielder, he gained extensive experience competing at a high level.
Following his playing career, Neil moved into coaching and academy leadership, accumulating over 15 years of experience within professional football academies, including Academy Manager roles.
His combination of playing and coaching experience allows him to provide players with valuable insight into the technical, tactical and mental demands of the game.
Coach Jackson > Defender Specialist
Jackson is a UEFA B Licence coach and former professional footballer who began his career as a full back before moving into coaching following injury. He has since worked within two English Football League academies, supporting the development of players aged U12 to U16.
Alongside football, Jackson also competed as a professional boxer, maintaining an undefeated record. His experiences across both sports have helped shape a coaching style built around discipline, resilience and high performance.
Jackson is passionate about helping young players develop confidence, technical ability and a competitive mindset.
