Attendance

Players are expected to attend every Academy session where possible.

If your child is unable to attend a session, please notify director@epacworld.com as early as possible. Where available, EPAC will provide alternative training opportunities at no additional cost.

Consent & Disclaimer

By registering for the EPAC High Performance Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your child is medically fit to participate in football activities.

• Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.

• EPAC, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, facility providers and partners accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft or damage to persons or property before, during or after participation in the programme.

• Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child before the scheduled session start time and immediately after the session has concluded.

• Players are expected to wear appropriate football clothing, shin pads and suitable footwear at every Academy session.

• EPAC reserves the right to amend the programme structure, session schedule, coaching staff, venues and curriculum where reasonably necessary to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the Academy.

• Training sessions may be amended, postponed or replaced due to weather, facility availability or circumstances beyond EPAC's control. Where possible, suitable alternative sessions will be provided.

• EPAC reserves the right to remove any player whose behaviour, attitude or conduct consistently falls below Academy standards or negatively impacts the learning environment. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.

• Academy fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at EPAC's sole discretion.

Photography & Media Consent

By registering, you grant permission for EPAC to photograph and film your child during Academy activities.

Images and video may be used for:

• Coaching and player development
• EPAC websites
• Social media channels
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Printed publications and advertising

If you do not wish for your child to appear in photography or video content, you must notify director@epacworld.com in writing before your child's first Academy session.

Registration Confirmation

By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that:
